One of the first few to have ventured into building homes which people need and aspire for, with the best project management teams and tools. We at The Nest believe our existence is in keeping balance and harmony with nature. We take pride in always creating ‘green experiential spaces’ within our homes, both indoor and outdoor. Ample sunlight, good ventilation and green spaces add to our smart sustainability values.

We Listen, We Care, We Understand
All the earth excavated to lay the foundation is put back in the ground or used on. Thereby, no dust or mud is added to the environment. Rainwater harvesting is another integral feature of our projects to recharge groundwater tables around our projects. We take our responsibility towards the environment and society very seriously. We strive towards caring for our site workers on a continuing basis. About five days a week- Bananas/ Chaanch are distributed to workers, a 100 trees to be planted for every floor built (through institutions such as iamgurgaon and grow trees) and worker safety norms are strictly adhered to.
