2. Layout plan

The correct layout can make all the difference. We understand the importance of natural light and ventilation and hence a lot of emphasis is given to these happiness parameters. Natural light and ventilation in all living, dining and kitchen are of utmost importance in our layout planning. We believe in not switching on lights during the day ! 7. Mobilization with Neighbor sensitivity

We understand the hassle of building homes and how it can be a nuisance to the neighbors. To ensure support and the neighbors well being , we all take care of Barricading, Plastic Sheets, Green nets, material placement with safety cones and proper coverage. Plastering of the adjoining walls with water proof that get exposed post demolition in case an old construction raised to the ground is also conducted.

8. Foundation work

We ensure that an Anti termite treatment at the root of the building is done , before any PCC and footing work is started. Level checking, regular curing, appropriate steel structure design by qualified structural engineer with his regular supervision and check on both quantity and method of form work before casting of any structural element is done

9. Column and Slab casting

With guidance of a structure engineer , OPC Grade cement is used for faster setting and strengthening so that it is ready to bear load of subsequent structure elements way ahead of next level casting

10. Brickwork & Plastering

No. 1 Grade bricks are used with proper grouting. Curing is done for at least 7 days at both Brickwork and Plaster stage to ensure good reinforcement, this helps the wall to gain its optimum strength. As a best practice , cement plaster is not only done on all internal as well as external walls for strength and longevity

11. Third Party Quality Audit at regular intervals

At all stages of the construction activity, a third party audit is carried out by Civil Engineers (Ex IITians)- Manomav Engineering to ensure your home is safe with ZERO defects. This is a practice we will never compromise with.

12. Plumbing

The best in class Hanging pipeline method is used to ensure no seepage or leakage happens at the floor.

13. Water Proofing

All bathrooms till 2ft above the floor, all balconies, water tank (RCC) + water proof, lift well. All are water proofed with tested, approved materials and also with deep testing before any finishing work is done.

14. Tile, Stone work

Lot of emphasis is given on checking the levelling of the floor to ensure the smooth and even flow of water in drains.

15. Woodwork

We use only high quality original teakwood, veneer, board, ply, laminates, for various elements. All storage, kitchen, and vanity are designed in a modular way with the highest quality and finishes.

16. Fittings

Bathroom, Hardware, Lights, Fans, Geysers etc- All prominent brands are used with appropriate warranty.

17. Testing

Water testing of all plumbing and A.C. points (nitrogen pressure testing) is done before handover for a smooth move in
