Kaashik Bansal
Founder Director
Kaashik, having been born and brought up around breakfast discussions on home designs and evening chai at construction sites, thought development to be his true calling in 2004. Kaashik’s father, Late Mr. Shiv Prakash Bansal was an Architect and set up – Narayan Bansal Mathur Associates in 1973, with 2 of his closest friends. This prestigious and well-known design and real estate firm has been designing projects for decades and is known for creating many landmark homes in Delhi.
After a corporate career post his MBA, Kaashik started his own Real Estate journey in 2004, using his nuances of research and marketing. He wanted to do more for his clients while building their dream home, their nest. His passion for research got him to speak to his clients for hours to understand about their dream home, what they want and need. What could Kaashik do differently for them while building their aspirational real home?All these questions got him thinking about the need gap in his client’s mind … The promise and expectation vs delivery of the dream home …. This saw the making of ‘The Nest’ a decade later.
In this period, Kaashik worked with a leading global consumer research firm and worked with MNCS clients in the automotive segment, confectionery , camera’s , pharma and telecom. It was in 2017, when Kaashik started developing homes in Gurugram, taking forward the family legacy and experience of building joyful homes #buildinghomesofjoy.
His passionate hobby is Energy Healing and Meditation. In the last two decades, he has helped people with all kinds of problems from minor aches and pains to serious ailments such as cancer. This new journey of building homes, helps him take forward his mission of a suffering-free world full of peace and joy, he tirelessly works towards creating homes that give peace and joy to its dwellers (vibrations of home- periodic mantra chanting) by sending positive energies to the homes during the building process, taking care of the workers so that they are happier working on the nest projects, working on providing greenery around the house and helping in restoring the environment by planting 100s of trees for every home built.
Deepa Bansal
Director – Marketing
With experience of more than 20 years in the field of marketing and communications, Deepa today enjoys her free time as a Community Volunteer to save the Aravalli’s, Deepa takes her responsibility as an citizen very seriously and use her voice across mediums on topics such as waste management and segregation, plantation of trees and more.
After having worked with the British High Commission, New Delhi for almost 7 years as Head of Marketing and Strategic Communication, Deepa found her passion and true calling in environmental and social concerns.
Her background in consumer insights also helps in understanding customer mindset & needs.
Raj Vikas Singh
Senior Consultant Projects
Raj Vikas Singh is a 44-year-old professional with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. After completing his education in 2001, he began his career and has since developed expertise in areas such as Project Management System, Budgeting and costing, Bill audit, quantity surveying (QS), Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and more. Throughout his career, he has worked with several reputable companies, including Tata Project, NKG Infrastructure, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Shapoorji Pallonji, Anant Raj and Signature Globe.
His experience in the industry has equipped him with a diverse set of skills and knowledge, allowing him to manage projects, analyse data, and ensure quality control in construction operations. Overall, Raj Vikas Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction industry and a strong track record of success. His expertise in various aspects of construction operations and his work with reputable companies make him a valuable asset to any organization Operation.
Ayush Gulati
Principal Architect Design
Ayush graduated from the prestigious Sushant School of Art and Architecture in 2017. Ayush is an integral part of the team with his experience spanning since 2015. He has designed the new and prestigious Bihar Sadan in New Delhi. He has gained experience and understanding of this industry by working hand in hand with some of the best industry leaders.
Ayush’s onsite experience as a project architect with the Avalon group, has helped him understand the construction and build aspects of this industry. His own firm has designed, built and delivered a number of projects since 2019.
Aeklavya Vijay
Head – Sales and Customer Experience
Aeklavya , is a result oriented professional with 14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with computer giants like “HP” and in Travel & Tourism Sector. At “the nest” he brings his expertise and experience in developing new business opportunities, handling direct channel sales with a prime focus of maintaining customer satisfaction. While working in a competitive and dynamic environment his main aim is to improve the overall ‘Clients Experience’. His single minded focus is to deliver a great experience to every client from buying to moving in to their dream home.

With a degree in Structural Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University and more than 13+ years of experience , Kulvinder has delivered an orbit of projects through virtuous managerial and implementation skills. Being the interface between the client and his team he has been active in all the projects from the conception. Successfully creating magic in the world of structure, he has delivered more than 1000+ projects. With a persistent team of professionals working under him, Kulvinder has created a mark in the civil world. His positive attitude towards challenges makes the task easier and drives the entire team.
